Flex-Timing Crystal Rebalancing sessions are a great option for parents, busy professionals, the over scheduled, or those on the go! I will conduct the Flex-Timing Crystal Rebalancing on your behalf, or on behalf of your intended recipient, at the time you selected when booking, allowing you to experience the benefits of crystal healing as you continue to go about your day. During the session, meditation, breathwork, relaxation techniques and visualization exercises will be conducted on your behalf to help connect you with the energies of the crystals and to balance and realign your chakras. Distance Reiki healing is included in the session. A Zoom link will be provided for the session so you can drop in if your schedule allows. Following the session, any session notes about the chakras that were blocked and rebalanced, as well as any intuitive information that may have been received will be shared with you via email.
